Suggestions, Comments and Complaints

We accept that there may be times when our service does not meet your expectations.  If this is the case and you wish to make a complaint, you can in the first instance ask to speak to a member of the Senior Management Team who will be able to address your concerns.  If you wish to make a formal complaint, you must do so in writing, addressing your letter to Anne-Marie Dykes.

Comments & Suggestions

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

Simply address these, in writing, to Anne-Marie Dykes. We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a comments form is located in the waiting area for patients to fill in if they desire. The Practice operates a formal complaints procedure, a copy of which is displayed in the waiting room.
