Milman Road
Serving you
The practice is over 90 years old. It relocated to it’s current site in 1976. Refurbished in 1992 and most recently extended and completely renovated in 2016/17, we now offer a range of healthcare services. Our dedicated team are here to treat those everyday problems that occur as well as providing specialist management of long term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. Our website means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or book an appointment.

Kennet Surgery
Our practice offers a comprehensive range of health services. We have our main surgery at 30 Cholmeley Road and a Branch surgery at 81 Christchurch Road. We serve in areas including New Town, Palmer Park, Whitley Wood and The Mount.
This surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.
As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information. Please have a look around and do send us feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.
Our team of reception, nursing staff and doctors work closely to ensure what we provide a high standard of primary care to our patients at both of our surgeries.
Although most of our work is focused on providing healthcare, we are also involved in health promotion to reduce the risk of becoming ill in the first place. We participate in national screening programmes such as those for cervical and breast cancer, and in the child health through routine immunisation and development checks.
We run a number of clinics to prevent ill health and to maintain the health of patients with chronic diseases such as heart problems, asthma and diabetes.
