Phone lines open at 8am every day

Saturdays are for pre-booked appointments, dropping off and collecting repeat prescriptions only, please note that Lloyds Pharmacy is not open on Saturday mornings. Phone lines are not open on a Saturday morning.

We have appointments available until 8pm one day per week, please check with the surgery as these days change weekly to provide more flexibility. Occasionally the surgery will need to close at lunchtimes for staff training, notices of the date will be posted around the surgery in advance and also on the website news items.

Enhanced access

Early morning (from 7am), evening (after 6:30pm) and Saturday appointments are available by special booking at the Milman Road site only, please ask reception for details.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Accessibility

The practice offers full accessibility for those with special needs, including level access, automatic doors, a lift to the 1st and 2nd floor consulting rooms as well as ground floor consulting rooms. When booking your appointment or planning to visit the surgery, please make the reception team aware of any special requirements so that we can ensure that the most appropriate appointment location is booked for you.

Disabled parking – Blue badge scheme

The blue badge scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows blue badge holders to park close to where they need to go.

Loop system

We have a portable induction loop at the reception desk. Please ask a member of staff if you would like to make use of this during your consultation today. For more information on the loop hearing system visit Hearing Link website.

Blind and partially Sighted

If you or family members are blind or partially sighted we can give you a large print of our practice leaflet upon request. Please ask Reception for further information.

Guide dogs

Guide dogs are welcome at the surgery but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.

Parking

Parking is available for patients on the right hand side of the car park (as you drive in). There is also 2 hour parking in Milman Road and Mitcham Close.

Please note that some areas of Milman Road are for residents with permits only. Please remember to park considerately and be respectful of our neighbours when parking on the street and do not block drives or cause obstructions to other road users.
